Nevertheless, it does not matter how long one reaches a certain level. Hence, all that matters is the experience one has to go through to become progress Oneself.

Subsequently, it might seem impossible. Hence, it is positively possible as long as focused on stretching goal.

Notably, do not count the successful steps. Hence, the expertise expressed experiences. Afterwards, whilst on top, look where and how long you have come along!

Above all else, every step acknowledges whole experience, then counts beyond measure.

July Challenge Routines

Firstly, nobody would like to stick to one place without any move nor progress. Actually, nobody would like to move in circles without any heads-up developments in their livelihood.

Eventually, it is time to become motivatedly moving forward, with gear heading to one instead of reverse. Actually, develop yourself to the state whereby you look in the mirror yourself, and see a different person from the previous mirror image.

Exclusively, Challenge yourself this July to the state you only thirst for only success, then quench any weakness in you.

To break the dawn, wake up every morning by 5am without any excuse from previous day. Fairly, make your bed nicely before you leave your bedroom, to enable yourself to feel no sleep nor miss your bed as it is open for sleeping again.

Nevertheless, instead of dragging your feet first to exercise, go outside to feel the morning breeze for about 15 minutes, then return to your homemade Gym afterwards.

Henceforward, without any waste of time and energy exercise. Actually, experiment with all kinds of exercises including Aerobics, Cardio and dance-moves which will stretch your body, muscles and your mind. Approximately, the exercise should take one hour per day in the dawn.

Hopefully, add another brain workout which exclude cellphone usage for about an hour only. Actually, read for 30 minutes, then afterwards add meditation of an hour without any distractions. Mainly, ensure the cellphone is on silent mode for notifications to not drag to the mobile.

Fortunately, ensure you do not miss any breakfast nor any meal of the day. Actually, all three meals of the day should never be skipped despite how business you may become. Thus, ensure you follow a healthy diet plan which includes more fruits, vegetables, nuts and 2 Litre water to be fully hydrated.

Moreover, instead of always being occupied by Netflix or any kind of Television Show, read more Personal Development books which will assist you to develop mentally. For, once your mentality develops, your whole being will develop into desirable person with shining personality.

Furthermore, ensure you do not bombard yourself with more plans which needs to be performed at once. Hence, do one task at a time without being involved in multitasking. For, the more involved at once in “To-do list” which you need everything to be done on Paper per day, you will feel overwhelmed. Then, nothing from the list will be fulfilled. Hence, perform one task at a time.

Shortly, ensure you do not cut off last month’s “June” Challenge Routines. Notably, ensure you add to them with the July ones. For, we only aim for nothing, but success.

Slow Progress Is Better Than No Progress

When you are in the state of healing, allow yourself to release the pain the way your body and hearts wants to anywhere at anypace.

Actually, even if it means blocking that certain individual for a week, then unblock without any contact do so. Even if it means, Daily blocking him for certain hours do so. Even if it means you start to act like Mr Bean, be it. Being weird it is the part of healing and returning to your old state of mind and heart.

Subsequently, accept yourself to heal in your own way. Allow yourself to ooze pain differently. Thus, as long as acting weirdestly will not mean reprimanding yourself, during the course of your journey to releasing whatever dirt which still keeps you.

Moreover, due to your heart being broken like a mirror on the floor into pieces which cannot be repaired, then like a doormat stepped on until it is torn and too dusty, then at the end thrown into fire to ashes. Eventually, your heart has to go through all those things for it to feel no pain even if it comes across the same partner whom hurt it.

Exclusively, your heart was clothed with tight cloth of love and light, and since it is elastic one. Hence, it will take time to undress it, as it became to tight and not fitting anymore due to its small-sized on you.

No matter, how long it takes you to undress that cloth on your heart, offered by wrong-abusive partner, do so.

Notably, even if it means it acquires you to be undressed by someone inquire about it. The sooner the freedom, the better the glow.

Dalai Lama Means “Ocean Of Wisdom”

First foremost, I find writing therapeutic. Hence, as soon as I get emotional, I pour myself on paper like an Ocean would to the sand. As tears are dropping, more accurate acceptance reach to me like a treasure hunter in the green pasture bush seeking treasure, then without my knowledge I am already healed with solutions of what to do next.

Fortunately, I waste no time in overwhelming myself about certain things which emotionally drains me. Eventually, the moment I begin overthinking, I just walk towards my Authority Laboratory, then as Pen being my Therapist directing me on what to do to feel at ease; I continuously move my hand, until successfully fine like a creatively curved diamond, polished, then put on a jewelry.

Fairly, I am very confident without any tag of Introvert in me. My melancholic habits gets depressed by extrovertial adventurous Author in me. Eventually, suppressed to the state, the other temperaments refused to be imprisoned by melancholy, then escape to regroup, then enable unceasing success to ooze within my life. Hence, touch all those surrounding me to become successful.

Subsequently, Choleric, Phlegmatic and Sanguine are best friends forever Personalities which always ensure they allow melancholy to let them rest a bit sometimes. Hence, they fight a battle of success together with melancholy forever-permanently serious habits which are on goals.

As a result, mostly as my Choleric and melancholic personality habits stick together for my goals to be reached, critically checking all angles of livelihood, then angrily plan for future. Yet, sometimes become fun-loving Sanguine and peaceful Phlegmatic folk.

Notably, at times I untouchably live in my faithful dreamland. For, I can see everything occurring in my life before anyone could see it. Whoops!!! It’s between God and I. Daughter in the Kingdom.

Above all else, Love yourself in all ways to the state you cannot settle for less than what you deserve!!

God And The Individual Love Language

When the eternal Son of God became the Son of Man and walked on this earth, He always called individuals to His side.

However, Jesus did not come into the world to deal with statistics! He deals with individuals, and that is why the Christian message is and always has been: “God loves the world! He loves the masses and throngs only because they are made up of individuals. He loves every individual person in the world!

Henceforth, in the great humanistic tide of our day, the individual is no longer the concern. We are pressed to think of the human race in a lump. We are schooled to think of the human race in terms of statistics.

Nevertheless, in many nations, the state is made to be everything and the individual means nothing at all.

Notably, into the very face and strength of this kind of humanism comes the Christian evangel, the good news of salvation, wondrously alight with the assurance for all who will listen: You are an individual and you matter to God! His concern is not for genes and species, but for the individuals He has created!

Successful Morning Folksy

Is it difficult for you to get out of bed? Do you set alarm for active morning, then all of a sudden press snooze? Do you think more than 30 minutes of how you will carry your body out of bed? Well, I know it is not easy.

In fact, just join 10 seconds rule daily, then carry yourself out of bed by 5am. Actually, nothing is ever easy until you strictly focus on it until you habitly do it without realization.

Henceforth, in order to become a morning folk, you have to ensure you do not eat late nor few minutes before bed. Actually, ensure you eat earlier, then after an hour sleep.

Furthermore, set an alarm to ensure you do not over-sleep. Block all excuses including the alarm snoozing. Actually, time waits for no man. The same way drop of water cannot be touched twice, time won’t repeat itself in a day. Actually, quickly arise before the alarm goes off in the dawn.

Moreover, plan your morning beforehand. In fact, have a goal to reach each morning. For morning without goal, is morning with laziness. The more morning routines you have, the more successful you become.

Continously, as soon as the alarm notification goes off, switch-off the phone on your way to your routines. Ensure you have zero disturbance in the morning via cellphone. Actually, nobody should steal your morning vibes via social media or useless morning texts/calls.

Furtherly, what you do before bed works hand-in-hand with how you will wake up in the morning. Hence, one cup of milk 30 minutes before bed can boost your activation in the morning.

Fortunately, the earlier you sleep, the earlier you will wake-up. Hence, ensure you sleep 8 hours a night. Thus, unless you are a student or a Matriculant, I would recommend you to sleep for 4 hours per night. The more enough sleep you get, the more active your brain will be. Besides, your mind is active from waking up, until 10am. So be proactive and productive before 10am.

Likewise to the plans, ensure you prepare yourself before you sleep. Actually, if you will jog first before meditation and reading a book, ensure you put exercising attire aside with bottle of water and headphones or earphones. Hence, if not jogging, but exercising from home, take out the yoga mat, exercising attire and bottle of water. Additionally, Book which you will read and things you will use for meditation. For preparation set a goal to winning mode.

Principally, enable yourself to relax and take all your time. For pressured mind mixes up everything. Actually, without relaxation, no routine will be successful. So, ensure you do not panic, but are in soft life mode.

Last, but not least, ensure you leave home earlier. The earlier you leave, the earlier you will return home. And the more time you will have to stretch yourself after the jog.

Notably, everything is hard before easy. Hence, practice, practice and practice. You will get there.
