With me it is once a month. Hopefully, if it cannot happen within the month, it should happen by the end of the month.
So, what I do is order some Takeaways of my favourite meal, then prepare home dinner with Red Sparkling Juice. Afterwards, then watch a movie. Hence, at times I even go to Salon for hairdressing and nails.
Actually, I ensure I relax and do nothing the whole day. Even if it means going out for a walk, I do so. If it is going to the nearby Park, I do so. Only to have some fresh breeze, listen to sounds of birds and enjoy more views.
And today is one of those days “Me-Time”.
Notably, I’ll pray at home and continue from there😊
First foremost, it is Choose-Day. Principally, we are all about choosing Triple Wellness: Mental, Physical & Soul.
Exclusively, there is no such things as living normal lifestyle. Mainly, it has to be extremely extra for it to be worthwhile in a worthless toxic streams.
Energetically, start with kindness towards Oneself. Afterwards, make a decision to become extra-attractive mentally via Wellness.
Furthermore, after Influencing and motivating yourself to wrap Positivity in everything you do, with God being the Centre, then begin focusing on your Physical-Personal Wellness. Actually, do not procrastinate. I REPEAT: No Procrastination!!!
Hopefully, in everything we do, and no matter how swamped up we become in home and workplace duties, there is always few Minutes to spend on something you adore whole-heartedly.
Imaginatively, think about how great it can contribute to your whole Personality as an individual, and also as a certain Professional Leader.
Fairly, it does not matter how slowly or how small you drop yourself into self-care daily. Hence, as you contribute to yourself, your whole self-awareness and -love will turn into a full shared love, care, support and kindness to all folks in your life.

To break the silence, then keep pouring despite what liquid is it, there is something disheartening about hungrily desiring something valuable from wrong person. Hence, you will chase and chase until you are fatigued.Besides being fatigued you will be emotionally damaged.
Although, certain folks out there would take any chance given to be and do whatever you desire with another folk dying for. Hence, they would whole heartedly grasp any opportunity with you, to repair the disparity of emotional violence which was involved in.
Thus, you will love emotionally abusive partner until something sometimes whispers to you to leave. Even though, leaving it is never a heart’s option, you’ll have to pack your luggage and leave your heart behind. For it is unfairly betraying you and going against your agreement.
Exclusively, the agreement between the mind and heart was to focus on love. Hence, if any kind of abuse occurs, Luggage have to be packed despite how much it is, how heavy it is or either long it will take to pack, then leave. Then, carry the Luggage and body of his/her life. Actually, all that matters is to see yourself at the other side of the road, glowing like nobody’s business.
Principally, nobody signed up for any kind of abuse from a person, you once never knew he/she existed. Unfairly, at first glimpse, there is abuse. In fact, emotional abuse is also accountable in unlawful acts against women and children.
Likewise to physical abuse, while insulting one, name-calling one or either swearing at one; it is like holding one by neck, then pushing him/her towards the wall very hard spiritually. Then, forever hanging him/her there if there is nail pin. Yet, physically not doing so.
Besides, acting the fiercely violent words, the more they are thrown in one’s direction, the more one continuously feel beaten with a stick. Hence, the stick is better, but for the worst-“the Hamer”.
Probably, one day the stick might break, then pierce through my flesh. Then, at last the pain will show physically of how the heart is bleeding very hard.
Above all else, except remaining in that emotionally toxic relationship, pack your baggage and leave before you step out of that domain as a corpse baggage.
Notably, instead of staying in the name of love, love yourself and detect when the love which was love at first sight, turned into love at first death.
Subsequently, I don’t know how many times can a folk die. Though, once the breath leaves the flesh, death has entered into certain folks’ home.
Is it difficult for you to get out of bed?Do you set alarm for active morning, then all of a sudden press snooze?Do you think more than 30 minutes of how you will carry your body out of bed? Well, I know it is not easy.
In fact, just join 10 seconds rule daily, then carry yourself out of bed by 5am. Actually, nothing is ever easy until you strictly focus on it until you habitly do it without realization.
Henceforth, in order to become a morning folk, you have to ensure you do not eat late nor few minutes before bed. Actually, ensure you eat earlier, then after an hour sleep.
Furthermore, set an alarm to ensure you do not over-sleep. Block all excuses including the alarm snoozing. Actually, time waits for no man. The same way drop of water cannot be touched twice, time won’t repeat itself in a day. Actually, quickly arise before the alarm goes off in the dawn.
Moreover, plan your morning beforehand. In fact, have a goal to reach each morning. For morning without goal, is morning with laziness. The more morning routines you have, the more successful you become.
Continously, as soon as the alarm notification goes off, switch-off the phone on your way to your routines. Ensure you have zero disturbance in the morning via cellphone. Actually, nobody should steal your morning vibes via social media or useless morning texts/calls.
Furtherly, what you do before bed works hand-in-hand with how you will wake up in the morning. Hence, one cup of milk 30 minutes before bed can boost your activation in the morning.
Fortunately, the earlier you sleep, the earlier you will wake-up. Hence, ensure you sleep 8 hours a night. Thus, unless you are a student or a Matriculant, I would recommend you to sleep for 4 hours per night. The more enough sleep you get, the more active your brain will be. Besides, your mind is active from waking up, until 10am. So be proactive and productive before 10am.
Likewise to the plans, ensure you prepare yourself before you sleep. Actually, if you will jog first before meditation and reading a book, ensure you put exercising attire aside with bottle of water and headphones or earphones. Hence, if not jogging, but exercising from home, take out the yoga mat, exercising attire and bottle of water. Additionally, Book which you will read and things you will use for meditation. For preparation set a goal to winning mode.
Principally, enable yourself to relax and take all your time. For pressured mind mixes up everything. Actually, without relaxation, no routine will be successful. So, ensure you do not panic, but are in soft life mode.
Last, but not least, ensure you leave home earlier.The earlier you leave, the earlier you will return home. And the more time you will have to stretch yourself after the jog.
Notably, everything is hard before easy. Hence, practice, practice and practice. You will get there.
